Refund policy

At ToxWipe.com.au, we are committed to providing high-quality products and excellent customer service. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we comply fully with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). This Returns Policy does not limit your rights under the ACL in any way.

Change of Mind

Due to the temperature-sensitive nature of our products and their specific storage requirements, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind. Once a product has left our controlled storage facility, we can no longer guarantee the conditions under which it has been kept, and therefore cannot resell or redistribute returned items.

Faulty or Damaged Goods

If you receive a product that is faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible. We will assess the issue in line with the consumer guarantees provided under Australian Consumer Law.

Where appropriate, we will provide a replacement or refund depending on the nature of the fault and your preference, provided the item:

  • Was purchased from ToxWipe.com.au

  • Has not been misused

  • Has been stored correctly

You may be asked to provide evidence (such as photographs and lot numbers) to assist in our assessment.
